Typically the best option is a Bloqq onsite team member to handle check-ins and key exchanges. However there are also key lockers for lobbies too. Ultimately it will come down to the location and the needs of your building.

We deploy best in class automatic guest vetting softwares to help identify potential higher risk guests based on their booking profile and stay history on the resptive platform (Airbnb/Booking.com). Paired with recommened in-person checkins on-site, we can significantly de-risk all bookings this way. Then with in-room decibel monitors, we can proactively engage with guests before they impact others.
