We don't talk much about foosball tables, office bars, or any of the other stuff startups put in their job ads. None of that makes work meaningful. What makes work meaningful is working with people you actually like, on a problem you actually care about, where the standard of craft is high and the feedback loop is honest.

That's the environment we're trying to build. It's not always perfect, and we're not trying to pretend it is. But it's the thing we care most about, and it's the reason we think you'll want to come in on a Monday.

We're small, under 20 people across Barcelona, Bulgaria and our on-site teams, and that size matters to us. You'll know everyone. Your work will visibly move things. There's nowhere to hide, and nowhere to get lost.

Founding Account Executive, DACH
Barcelona (Hybrid) · Travel required · Base + uncapped commission

Help build Bloqq's presence across the DACH region from the ground up. You'll identify opportunities, develop relationships and close the first wave of deals that define our expansion into Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Working directly with the CEO on go-to-market strategy while owning your pipeline end-to-end.

Site Onboarding & Quality Coordinator
Barcelona (Hybrid) · Travel required · €30,000 to €40,000 + benefits

A hands-on, travel-focused role supporting the onboarding, quality control and ongoing performance of our sites across Europe. You'll spend time on the ground at new and existing locations making sure everything is set up properly, running smoothly and consistently meeting our standards.
