From first conversation to first guest

The onboarding flow

Conversation
You reach out, we have a first call. We want to understand your building, your tenants, your existing setup, and what "good" looks like for you. This isn't a pitch, it's an assessment of whether we're the right fit. If we're not, we'll say so.

Tier selection
Based on that conversation we propose one of our three tiers: Digital Only, Hybrid, or Full Management. Each gives you a different level of hands-off, at a different price point. Most owners end up on Full Management, that's where we can move the needle most.

Mobilisation
We move quickly here. Listings go live on the major booking channels via our PMS. For Full Management properties, on-site staff are deployed to the building. We agree cleaning cadence, pricing strategy, guest policies, and anything specific to your property.

First guests
Bookings start coming in, our average time between onboarding call and first guest arrival is 13 days. Our central operations team handles guest communications 24/7. On-site teams manage check-ins, cleans and issues in real time.

Reporting & performance management
You get your own Key Account Manager, a dedicated owner portal with live occupancy, and guest data. You'll have monthly performance reviews with the Bloqq team to talk operations and revenue performance and adjust anything that's not landing. We stay close, this isn't set-and-forget.
