Why don't you publish fixed percentages?
Because honest answer: the fee depends on the specifics of your property. A 6-unit building in central Bolton is a different deal from a 40-unit block in central London. We quote you a specific percentage after we've understood the building.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes, but it's agreed on a project-by-project basis depending on whether you're turn-key or need us to fit out the whole building. We'll never spring fees on you, it's all on the agreement. In most situations, Bloqq onboarding fees are deducted from the 1st month's revenue from short stays, so there's nothing to pay upfront to go live with Bloqq.
Can I upgrade or downgrade tiers?
Yes. Plenty of owners start on Digital or Hybrid to test us and move to Full Management once they trust us. The reverse happens too, no judgement.
What's the minimum contract?
Most clients start on a 90-day pilot and we take it from there. It's important at Bloqq that we work as a partner to you rather than a blocker, so we'd rather prove the numbers than lock you in up front.
